IFFCO (INDIAN FARMERS FERTILISER COOPERATIVE COMPANY LTD)
According to the client's requests, we surveyed the site using drones. Fixed the pipe route and provided civil and structural steel support, as per the survey. For civil and structural steel work, we completed analysis in advance, provided design calculations, and designed connections. We provided pile, pile cap, column foundation, anchor bolts, and design calculations information. We provided MTOs for structural steel , producing 3D models, 2D drawings, and GA drawings in Tekla. In the final steps we did a quality check & submitted a Fabrication drawing to our client.
NHSRCL (NATIONAL HIGH SPEED RAIL CORPORATION LTD)
We did the NHSRCL Mumbai to Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project. Scope of work was fabrication drawings & GA arrangement drawings. We have done total 12 no. of bridges with different spans of 230m, 160m, 120m, 80m, 75m, 60m. Truss is in camber formats in every GAD (General arrangement drawing). We have done checking of following drawings - Truss Top & Bottom Beam, Lateral Bracing, Deck Plate, Electrical Bracket, End cross Beam, Truss end portal, Electrical lugs, End stringer, Intermediate cross beam, Hanging Bracket, Inclined Bracing, Intermediate Stringer, Main hole Door, Side girder, Sole Plate, Side wall plate, Truss Top Beam, Top Horizontal Bracing, Top Lateral Bracing, Top Vertical Bracing
